Nor do we simply search for skills and key words on job boards.  MySource Talent depends primarily on referrals from the top talent we already know or worked with in the past.

 

With MySource Talent you’ll find a dedicated group of Practice Managers who focus on specific areas of expertise.  Our Practice Managers are keyed in to one specific area of expertise – whether it is a vertical market such as Financial, Wireless or Health care or a particular skill segment, such as Securities or Project Management.  At MySource Talent we get to know the business of our client partners, the skills they most often use or anticipate using, and match the type of people who thrives in that client environment.  We recognize a good fit when we see one.  Then, and only then, will we present a candidate for review.

In our experience, referrals are the best way to guarantee outstanding talent.  Elite Talent is available and someone knows them.  Many of our consultants are considered "passive" candidates, who do not use job boards. It has taken years for our industry-savvy staff to build relationships we are about to share with you.  Our job IS relationships. We work with consultants who know us or referred by someone we know.

We work contract, conversions, and full time opportunities.  MySource Talent asks all potential consultants to provide a list of companies of which they would most like to work.  Consultants who choose the company they want to work with will stay longer and contribute more to your overall bottom line than just “bodies in seats”.  Top Talent attracts more top talent, and before you know it, you have high productivity, low turnover, and positive, inspirational brain waves are bouncing off the walls.

 

Hiring the right person is essential to any company’s success.  Before our candidates are presented to our clients or prospective clients, they are involved in a rigorous application and qualifying process.  Our Practice Managers conduct six references with colleagues, supervisors and technical experts for each prospective consultant accepting them into the MySource Talent Network. To our knowledge, we are the only consulting firm providing this extensive service.  
 

 

Action

 

MySource Talent provides top candidates who have experience and characteristics that Premier Employers need.  Employers who join MySource Talent’s exclusive Client Partner Network provide a list of characteristics and skills that provide the highest value.  Our Practice Manager will conduct a follow-up interview.  As talent within our network becomes available or expresses an interest in a specific company, MySource Talent will contact our Client Partners first, for a potential match.
