The process begins with our talent completing a Talent Profile to identify the areas of most value and passion. We need to know what you do well as well as how you want to live your life in order to help bring the right opportunities to you.

Once we understand YOU, we work together to build an Impact Statement, which describes your value to top employers in a smart, focused manner. Consultants work directly with our Practice Managers to create an Impact Statement that sells.
 
This Impact Statement is the basis from which we present and promote our top consultants to premier employers who appreciate what the workforce of the future will look like.  An Impact Statement is a brief, yet powerful overview of your professional background, skills and qualities that set you apart from your peers.

1. Chronic fatigue - exhaustion, tiredness, a sense of being physically run down
