Once we understand YOU, we work together to build an Impact Statement, which describes your value to top employers in a smart, focused manner. Consultants work directly with our Practice Managers to create an Impact Statement that sells.
This Impact Statement is the basis from which we present and promote our top consultants to premier employers who appreciate what the workforce of the future will look like. An Impact Statement is a brief, yet powerful overview of your professional background, skills and qualities that set you apart from your peers.

Things to begin thinking about:
Be prepared to answer some of the most thought-provoking questions.
1. Why do you want to change positions/companies?
2. What do you look for in a position?
3. What is your biggest strength/weakness? This question can be tricky. Be sure to list ALL your strengths as well as your weaknesses to help determine the perfect position.
4. How would you describe yourself? How would your peers describe you?
5. What specific goals have you established for your life? For your career?
6. How do you determine or evaluate your success? Give an example of one of your successful accomplishments.
7. What motivates you to put forth your greatest effort? (What gets you excited to get out of bed in the morning?)
8. How would you evaluate your ability to deal with change? Conflict?
9. Discuss your most vivid dream of a perfect life? What is it you daydream about for your life?
10. Given the investment and commitment a company will make in accomodating your flex schedule, give us as many reasons as possible that there will be a significant return on their investment.
